Discussing a doctoral thesis entitled (diplomatic asylum in international law)
The doctoral thesis of the student Muslim Taher Hassoun, Public Law Branch, tagged (Political asylum in international law) was discussed at the Faculty of Law / University of Karbala at ten o’clock in the morning on Wednesday 9/9/2020 and in Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini’s room in the college.

The discussion took place on the application of the Skype program in view of the epidemiological condition that the country is going through and to ensure the safety of teachers and researchers from the transmission of infection.
After an extensive discussion of the student’s thesis, the committee took into consideration the thesis’s title, its vital topic, the effort made by the student in writing his thesis and the intensity of his defense of his views on it.
And its good use of references and sources.
The committee decided to accept the thesis as it is and with a very good grade.
